AMENDMENTS AND ALTERATIONS
1. This constitution may be altered or abrogated in a section of any clause according to Bombay Public Trust Act 1950.
2. Proposals for any amendments, alterations or abrogation may be brought forward to the Central Board by the Elders, any Central Board member, and fellowship committee members through the local Overseer to the General Secretary.
3. The Central Board may amend, alter or abrogate any section of this constitution by way of a simple majority, including all leaders.
4. The Central Board shall not act independently when altering, amending or abrogating any part of this constitution without consulting the leaders.
INTERPRETATION
1. In all matters arising from a member of a local fellowship, the local fellowship executive committee shall be the interpreting authority.
2. In all matters arising in the local fellowship executive committee, the Central Board shall be the interpreting authority.
3. In all matters arising in the Central Board, the final decision by the leaders through majority vote shall be the interpreting authority after the Elders have convened the meeting mentioned in clause 9 (Section 2).
DISCRETIONARY POWER(S)
In event of contingencies, the Central Board shall have special powers to take decisions as in any particular situations as they may deem it fit with notification to the Elders.to
