Central Board:
1. The appointment shall be by way of election through secret ballot.
2. At annual convention the General Overseer shall call election and the Central Board shall stand dissolved.
3. The tenure of office is one year. A candidate can only be re-elected once i.e. one can only serve TWO terms maximum in the Central Board regardless of the post. However, in SPECIAL SITUATIONS, the above will be altered.
4. After a break of two years, one can be re-elected again.
5. Candidates MUST be present.
6. Candidates for all offices except sisters' in charge MUST be overseers of a local fellowship.
7. Candidates for sisters' in charge shall be sisters' representatives or sister overseers in their local fellowships.
8. No post shall be left vacant for over three months.
9. A local fellowship can only provide one member to the central board, either a sisters' representative or the overseer.
Zonal Committee:
1. The appointment shall be by way of election through secret ballot by the leaders of various fellowships in the zone.
2. The Zonal Coordinator shall be an overseer of a local fellowship in the zone.
3. The Zonal Secretary shall be an overseer of a local fellowship in the zone.
4. Sisters' representative shall be a sisters' representative of any local fellowship in the zone.
5. No central board member is eligible for any post in the zonal committee.
6. The tenure of office is ONE year subject to re-election.
7. The vice overseer of a fellowship where the overseer is a member of the central board is eligible for the post of zonal coordinator or secretary cum treasurer.
Local fellowship:
1. The appointment shall be by way of election through secret ballot.
2. The tenure of office is ONE year from the date of appointment of executive members. At the end of tenure, the overseer in consultation with committee shall call fresh elections which should take place before the annual convention.
3. Candidates MUST be committed members of the local fellowship.
4. Candidates can be re-elected as long as they are still committed members in the fellowship.
5. No post should be left vacant for over ONE month.
POWERS:
1. Subject to certain conditions, the Central Board shall suspend or supercede any Overseer, or dissolve any committee and make adhoc arrangements as it may deem fit. These conditions are either:-
a. At least 60% committee members of the fellowship should write a collective letter to the General Overseer and General Secretary inviting the Central Board to investigate and take necessary action against any mal-practice of the Overseer or committee. b. At least 2/3 members of the committee, should write a collective letter to the General Overseer and General Secretary inviting the central board to take action against the overseer.
2. The Central Board is empowered, as given, to restore order, unity in the fellowship, normal functioning and the day to day administration of the fellowship.
3. The Central Board may appoint standing committees, adhoc committees, boards and any other committees with duties and the aims of the entire body.
4. The Central Board shall be the ultimate authority in organizing meetings, i.e. Annual convention and winter conferences in conjunction with the host fellowship.
5. The Central Board shall be answerable to the Elders. The Elders shall have powers to suspend or supercede the Central Board if it is not functioning as supposed to, and make adhoc arrangements as they may deem fit.
6. In consultation with the Central Board, the local fellowship executive committee is empowered to take action, it deem Biblically fit, to any member who acts or behaves unglorifyingly to God and tries to bring discord in the fellowship.
7. In consultation with the central board, the local fellowship executive committee in agreement among themselves shall suspend any committee member, who needs to be disciplined.
